As we enter the new decade, all business owners should be thinking about their business strategy for 2020 and beyond, with an emphasis on planning how they can add greater value to their businesses in an increasingly competitive marketplace.

At FSPG we believe that we are more than simply your accountants; we look to accompany you through your entire financial journey. Having assisted many clients over the years with their corporate transactions, we have recognised the benefit of specialist expertise in this area, especially when it comes to achieving maximum value. With this in mind, we are excited to announce that Jamie Johnson has joined FSPG as our new Head of Corporate Finance.

Jamie has focused on providing strategic Corporate Finance advice; predominantly to SMEs (small and medium sized enterprises); and has advised clients across numerous sectors, including: technology, media, construction, manufacturing, transport, food, and business services. He has advised entrepreneurs, owner managers and family concerns at every stage of their business’s life cycle, from raising seed/start-up capital all the way through to realising the value of their businesses.

Our new range of Corporate Finance services spans the spectrum of lead advisory and transaction services activities and we pride ourselves in our flexible, commercial approach, adapting our services to our client’s specific requirements.

Whatever your corporate finance needs, Jamie will calmly and steadily lead you through the process, always keeping you in the know about what is happening with your business, so you can rest assured that you are in safe hands.

Jamie, together with all of us at FSPG, look forward to working closely together with you, to build your business and realise your corporate ambitions in 2020 and beyond.

CORONAVIRUS UPDATE

Be assured, we are here to help and support your business throughout this crisis. A significant number of clients have already reached out for assistance, however we hope to be able to speak to all of you in the coming weeks.
